AW11 Steering Rack
When I first got this car it had a half working power steering setup. Everything was there but it leaked a ton and never really worked right. When I swapped to the 4AGE, I left the lines disconnected for a long time since I didn't know if I wanted to try and keep the power steering or just move to a manual rack. After a while of searching though, I found a complete AW11 manual rack for $200.
The parts list isn't too lengthy, and is as follows:
AW11 Rack
AE86 Power Steering Bushing (Driver's Side), Inner and Outer Tie Rods, Dust Boots
T3 Adapter Bushing, MK3 Supra intermediate shaft, manual steering Ujoint
Toyota FPIG or another sealant for installation of the intermediate shaft
An important note is that the inner and outer tie rods should match whichever steering knuckles you'll be using. For people switching to a manual rack, I'm assuming they're coming from a PS system with PS knuckles. You can use the existing ones on your car if they're in good condition, but it's recommended to replace them.
